Most of all, thank you for being so kind and not making me feel stupid since I didn't recognize the simple problem myself.

This store is jam-packed with fabrics and goodies for the discerning quilter, sewist or textile artist, including items you'd only expect to see at a top flight expo.  I've dealt with them for a long time but never took a machine in for repair until recently.  I was a little skittish about this since the terrific brand I own isn't one of the other premium brands Cynthia sells.  But I needn't have worried.  I got prompt, courteous service and lots of solid advice to avoid the same problem in the future.  Should any of my machines need Hank's attention in the future, I won't hesitate to bring it in.

We drove by Cynthias Fine Fabrics a couple of weeks ago, and my 91 year old mother needed to buy a red fabric to make an outfit for a holiday party that called for red.  So we stopped by and it was a nice experience!   The staff was very helpful, the language was not an obstacle (my mom moved recently to US and she still does not speak English).  At the store they really tried to understand what she needed, they were patient and helped her figure out how much fabric she needed to buy. Thank you!
